Firm adds strategy, panel simulations, expanded evidence analysis and connected workflows. Enterprise includes all Firm features, with capacity and deployment requirements agreed for your organization.

No. The monthly software price covers the users, active matters and storage shown for each plan. Case includes 2 users, Practice includes 3 and Firm includes 6. Enterprise is priced individually. Additional requirements and billing terms are agreed before activation.

You need supported provider accounts and your own API keys. Semantic search and AI-assisted work require the appropriate provider setup. Supported providers and setup details are available during registration. Your providers bill you separately for usage.

You can organize your uploaded materials and use keyword search without AI provider keys. Semantic search and AI-assisted work require the relevant keys. Adding a key enables the supported features in your plan; it does not change your plan’s feature entitlement.

Every plan includes ordinary document ingestion and OCR, so you can bring documents into your matter workspace and extract text from scans. Firm and Enterprise also include bulk document, OCR and email workflows. Bulk workflows are available by arrangement in Practice and are not included in Case.

Follow Narration keeps the displayed text aligned with text-to-speech playback, so you can read and listen together. It is included in Practice, Firm and Enterprise. Case includes audio playback, pausing and contextual feedback, but does not include Follow Narration.

They let a team examine arguments, compare perspectives and explore opponent, judicial and settlement scenarios. These tools support your evaluation of the record. Simulations are analytical aids, not promises about how a judge, opponent or case will behave.

MCP tools connect compatible AI applications to supported Mockingbird tools and authorized matter data. They are included in Firm and Enterprise. Available connections and permissions are established during setup.

Yes. Authorized Mockingbird staff can access customer data in the hosted service. You configure your inference-provider relationships and supply your own API keys. Connected features send relevant material to those providers. Their terms and your account settings govern training and retention; Mockingbird cannot promise how they handle your data. Discuss your requirements with us before uploading confidential material.

Zero-knowledge encryption is coming soon. It is unavailable at launch, and we have not announced a delivery date. We scope private Enterprise deployments separately and agree on timing before purchase. A private deployment alone does not establish zero-knowledge encryption.

Apply and tell us the kind of work you want to do. If the program is a fit, we agree on your pilot’s features, duration, software fee and feedback expectations before activation. A pilot may include reduced-fee software access. AI provider charges remain your responsibility. Founding access is a separate program. We require your explicit agreement to continue on a paid subscription after the pilot.

No. These plans provide software for organizing information, research and drafting assistance. They do not include legal representation or attorney review. Review generated work, source references and deadlines before relying on them. Attorneys direct the work and approve outputs for their clients.

A matter comprises one or more related cases involving the same parties. Archiving a matter frees an active-matter slot. Archived documents continue to count toward your storage allowance.

Choose month-to-month billing or annual billing at a 20% discount. Billing starts at activation after we agree on terms. Cancel before renewal and retain access through your paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
